Jessica C. Flores, Production Manager

Jessica C. Flores's theatrical and event experience encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including production management, stage management, lighting design, and technical direction. Notably, Flores has collaborated with esteemed artists and companies such as the Oregon Symphony, Eugene Symphony, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Northwest Dance Project, Tulsa Ballet, Pilobolus, Ballet Sun Valley, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and Liz Lerman Dance Exchange. Her work has extended beyond national borders, with international tours alongside principal artists from the New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theatre.

At Harvard University, Flores served as the production supervisor and resident lighting designer for the Dance Program within the Office for the Arts. Her tenure included overseeing production operations at the Harvard Dance Center, serving as the professional stage manager for Hasty Pudding Theatricals 159 & 160, and designing lighting for the inaugural performances of the New College Theatre, now known as Farkas Hall.

As an AGMA Stage Manager, she has called productions for organizations such as the Martha Graham Dance Company, Opera Company of Philadelphia, Tulsa Ballet, and the Joffrey Ballet, among others.

Originally from San Diego, Jessica returned to California to join the Department of Music staff in 2011. In her capacity as Production Manager, she supervises live event operations and coordinates production support and technical logistics for performances and recordings for over 250 events a year at the Conrad Prebys Music Center, Mandeville Auditorium, and Warren Lecture Hall Recording Studios.

Jessica is also a proponent and advocate for rucking, having founded the Triton Ruck Club with campus coworkers in 2019. She volunteers with Team Red, White, and Blue's San Diego chapter to develop and lead rucking and athletic events for veterans and their families to accomplish their mission of enriching veterans lives through physical and social activities.
